Jeff Hamilton

Jeff Hamilton has extensive experience in real estate development and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Development at Goodman since July 2016, overseeing the development process from entitlements to construction and leasing. Prior to this role, Hamilton worked as a Senior Project Manager at Bergelectric Corp. from March 2008 to June 2016, managing the electrical design and construction for major commercial projects. Hamilton's career began as a Real Estate Development Associate at Shea Homes, where responsibilities included a training program across various departments. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Zuvich Corporate Advisors and coaching soccer at Irvine Unified School District. Hamilton holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Management from UC Irvine.
