Kris van Mieghem

Kris Van Mieghem possesses extensive legal and compliance experience, currently serving as Head of Legal and overseeing Risk and Compliance for Continental Europe at Goodman since September 2008. Prior to this role, Kris was General Counsel for Shurgard Europe from September 2003 to July 2008 and worked as a Corporate Lawyer at InterContinental Hotels Group from 1998 to August 2003. Earlier experience includes a position as a Legal Associate at WILLEMART, AVOCATS ASSOCIES-GEASSOCIEERDE ADVOCATEN from 1992 to 1998. Kris holds advanced degrees in Law from KU Leuven and the Universität des Saarlandes, and has enhanced leadership skills through ongoing education at the Center for Creative Leadership. Additionally, Kris participated in the Erasmus International Student Exchange program at Université de Poitiers.
