Liv Steuts is an HR and organizational change consultant who currently works at Goodman, where they focus on optimizing organizational structures and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Previously, Liv served as a self-employed change architect and coach, working directly with C-suite executives on initiatives such as cultural shifts and leadership transformation. Their extensive background includes roles as Legal Counsel at Atos and bpost, as well as managing HR programs for top-tier clients at Unicorn Group. Liv's educational pursuits include various coaching and organizational development certifications, continuing through to the present.
