Tom Horne is a seasoned investment analyst with substantial experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Analyst at Goodman since April 2023, Tom supports the Investment Director in various capacities including acquisition underwriting and market research. Previous roles include Vice President of Equity Research at Berenberg, focusing on industrial and logistics, healthcare, and residential REITs, and Analyst positions at Blackstone and Dentex Health. Tom’s foundational training in investment banking commenced with the ACA graduate program at FirstRand Group. Tom holds a Certificate in Property Development and Investment, a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Business Science in Accounting and Finance, all from the University of Cape Town.
