Ethan Martin

Ethan Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and design, currently serving as Strategy Director at Goodness since September 2010, with a history of progressively responsible roles including Director of Strategy and Interactive Art Director. Since January 2022, Ethan has also been a Strategist at Pretty Great. Prior freelance work from May 2007 to November 2010 involved design and art direction for various clients in the outdoor industry, focusing on brand identity and technical outerwear design. Earlier experience includes a role as Designer of Brand Communications for Tahoe Donner Association from June 2007 to June 2010, handling digital and print design for multiple resort operations, and as Designer at Aeryx Clothing from June 2005 to July 2007, where brand and creative design were emphasized for an outerwear startup.
