Jamie Lee is a seasoned professional in technical customer support and have co-founded a company while also contributing to its development. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Customer Support Specialist at GoodNotes since October 2022, Jamie has previously held various roles at Apple from 2013 to 2022, culminating in the position of Genius. A strong foundation was built in customer service, problem-solving, and flexibility while assessing and addressing customer needs. Jamie also gained entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder at 只是UK starting August 2020. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Chinese from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BA in Mandarin from Capital Normal University.
