Tony Tsang

Tony Tsang is an accomplished Senior DevOps Engineer at GoodNotes since October 2021, with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. Previously, Tony served as a Senior Architect for Machine Learning at Kami.ai, where responsibilities included the design and development of a conversational AI chat agent platform. Prior to that, Tony worked at IBM as a Software Architect, focusing on operations and automation for IBM Social Learn and Kenexa and the development of SmartCloud iNotes. Tony's career began at Outblaze as a Senior Software Engineer, enhancing a SaaS mail messaging solution for millions of users. Tony holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from UNSW, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
