Lester Tyra

Lester Tyra serves as CHRO and Senior VP of Mergers and Acquisitions at Goodpack Pte Ltd. since October 2016, having held previous roles including Regional President and Sr. VP for Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as Global Marketing and Sales. With extensive experience in the synthetic rubber market, Lester manages business planning and P&L performance across the Americas, Europe, and Africa. Prior to Goodpack, Lester held the position of Vice President Rubber Business at Orion Engineered Carbons, LLC NAFTA, where strategic sales and technical marketing were the focus. Additionally, Lester worked at Birla Carbon as Vice President of Global Rubber Product Development, leading new product initiatives and key account management. Lester is an alumnus of Texas A&M University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, and earned an MBA from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
