Max England

Max England is a BBC Apprentice Candidate for Season 19 and currently serves as the Founder and Director of MaxPadel Ltd. They have extensive experience in marketplace management, having worked at Tambo as a Marketplace Manager, where they helped businesses optimize their sales on Amazon for notable clients such as Coca-Cola and BBC Worldwide. Previously, Max held roles in digital operations and account management at various firms, including ATP Media and bulk™, and is currently leading Amazon and D2C strategies at Goodrays CBD. Max obtained a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Bath, complementing a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Social Science from the same institution.
