Aileen Chu

Aileen Chu has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Aileen began their career as an Intern Pharmacist at St. Vincent Medical Center in 2008 and worked there until 2012. During this time, they gained valuable experience in pharmacy practice. In 2012, Aileen became a Pharmacy Practice Resident at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where they further honed their skills and knowledge. Aileen then joined Sharp HealthCare in 2013 as a Pharmacist in the Emergency Department. Aileen's role at Sharp HealthCare involved providing essential pharmaceutical care to patients in emergency situations. In 2019, they joined GoodRx as a Medical Content Reviewer, utilizing their expertise to ensure accurate and reliable medical information. Additionally, Aileen has also worked as an Instructor and Teaching Assistant at the Center For Talented Youth (Johns Hopkins University) from 2006 to 2011, where they shared their knowledge and passion for teaching. Aileen Chu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention from the University of Southern California in 2008. Aileen continued their education at the same university and earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2012. In October 2013, they obtained a certification in BCPS from the American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
