Arjun S. has extensive work experience in program management and technical roles. Arjun has held leadership positions in various companies such as GoodRx, Quibi, Disney Streaming Services, Capital One, Target, Wells Fargo, TCF Bank, jEyLaBs, and Newell Rubbermaid.

At GoodRx, Arjun served as the Lead Program Manager-Technology Operations, leading a team of 40 to deliver cross-functional initiatives and establish the Enterprise Portfolio Management function. Arjun also delivered governance risk compliance and vendor risk platforms to meet regulatory requirements.

At Quibi, Arjun worked as the Principal Program Manager-Data Programs, where they led D2C initiatives and facilitated Agile principles to develop new product features and enhance customer insights.

During their time at Disney Streaming Services, Arjun served as the Senior Technical Program Manager-Data Programs. Arjun played a crucial role in delivering D2C initiatives and shaping D2C models for the global launch program of Disney Plus.

At Wells Fargo, Arjun was the Principal Technical Program Manager-Trust Operations. Arjun conducted assessments and delivered SEI Wealth Program Transformation, implementing an Agile framework.

Arjun also has experience in business analysis, mentoring, and SharePoint implementation at TCF Bank, jEyLaBs, and Newell Rubbermaid.

Arjun obtained a Certificate in Design Thinking from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Arjun also completed a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online. Arjun further pursued postgraduate studies at Southern Cross University, specializing in IT Management and Project Management. Arjun also received training in Scaled Agile, earning the designation of SPC4. Additionally, they became a Certified SAFe Practitioner (SP) through Scaled Agile.
