Aron Jones

Aron Jones has extensive experience in various roles within the technology industry. Aron worked at GoodRx as a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect in 2021. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at Ticketmaster, where they served as a Global Senior Architect - Salesforce from 2019 to 2021, and as a Senior Architect - Salesforce from 2019 to 2021. Before joining Ticketmaster, they were employed at Silverline from 2015 to 2019, holding positions as a Senior Client Services Manager and a Senior Support Manager. In 2014, Aron worked at ClosedWon as a Solution Architect/Salesforce Administrator. Prior to their career in the technology industry, Aron was the owner of ROJO Ink Custom Screen Printing & Embroidery from 2009 to 2013, where they used entrepreneurial principles to address social issues related to hunger.

Aron Jones attended New Mexico State University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Marketing & Leadership Management. During their time at the university, they also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing.

In terms of additional certifications, Aron Jones has obtained multiple certifications in the field of Salesforce. These include being a Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, a Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, a Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, a Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer, and a Salesforce Certified Administrator. Aron Jones has also obtained certifications in X-Author for Excel and Apttus CLM Product.

In 2019, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
