Mario Perez

Mario Perez has a diverse work experience in the fields of engineering and technology. Mario is currently employed at GoodRx as a Platform Infrastructure Engineer and previously worked as a DevOps Engineer at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at Walgreens Boots Alliance. Mario also gained teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Robotics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Furthermore, they served as an Engineering and Technology Intern at Eaton, where they contributed to various tasks such as creating testing reports, coordinating design activities, and aiding in procurement. Mario's early experience includes an internship as a Product Design Intern at The Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth (I-CCEW), and they were also involved in autonomous vehicle and research projects as a student at the University of Oklahoma.

Mario Perez obtained a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, where they also completed a minor in Computer Science from 2014 to 2017. Mario also holds a certification as a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, which they obtained from Microsoft in January 2021.
