Nick Colbert

Nick Colbert started their work experience in December 2008 as a Technical Operations Center Analyst at Ticketmaster. Nick then progressed to become a Technical Operations Center Engineer in August 2013, where they provided technical support and improved customer experience. In May 2015, they became a Cloud Systems Engineer and in January 2017, they became a Systems Engineer II. In July 2017, they moved up to the role of System Engineer III and finally became a Senior System Engineer I in April 2018. After their time at Ticketmaster, Nick joined GoodRx in October 2020 as a Senior Devops Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Manager Platform Engineering in January 2022.

Nick Colbert attended Cal State Dominguez Hills from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer and Information Systems. Prior to that, they studied Computer and Information Systems at El Camino College from 2008 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Nick obtained the ITIL Foundation certification in May 2014. Nick also earned the CCENT certification in August 2013. In November 2022, Nick completed the course "Dan Ariely on Making Decisions" through LinkedIn. Furthermore, they are scheduled to obtain the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2023.
