Ryan Stevens

Ryan Stevens currently serves as the Director of Support & BPO Management at GoodRx, where responsibilities include leading significant BPO re-compete initiatives as Senior Vendor Manager. Previously, at WhatsApp, Ryan was a Product Operations Manager managing a team of specialists to address high-priority issues within the consumer app. Prior experiences include leading product operations and user support teams at Quora, assisting in the development of user support operations at Google, managing customer support at VerticalResponse, and serving as a Customer Care Representative at Verizon Wireless. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recording Industry from Middle Tennessee State University.
