James Arquette has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and management. James began their career at Scottish Widows as an Operations Coordinator from September 2003 to January 2006. In 2006, they joined GoodShape as a Data Analyst, where they played a key role in developing management information reports. James then progressed to the position of Operations Director from January 2009 to December 2011. Subsequently, they served as the Commercial Director from January 2012 to May 2016, leading a team that provided absence management solutions to clients. From May 2016 to June 2020, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer, spearheading the expansion and growth of the company. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Product Officer at GoodShape, where they oversee the development of products and services.
