Leanne Griffiths

Leanne Griffiths is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer onboarding and implementation management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Onboarding at GoodShape since May 2023, Leanne previously held the position of Head of Client Onboarding at Alcumus and contributed as Client Mobilisation Manager. After a brief period of seeking new opportunities, during which Leanne enhanced professional skills and attained accreditations in Prince 2, Agile PM, and MS Project, Leanne served as Client Implementation Manager at Santander UK for over a decade, leading significant projects, improving customer journeys, and facilitating training initiatives. Through roles in management and client services, Leanne has demonstrated leadership in project and change management, staff development, and customer satisfaction enhancement.
