Se McCarty

Se McCarty serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Designer at Ellen Wagner Unlimited LLC since October 2023, while also managing the Trans* Youth Program and facilitating a Trans* Support Group at Plus Psychologische Lesben- und Schwulenberatung Rhein-Neckar e.V. since October 2022. With a role as Facilities Manager at GoodSpaces since December 2021, Se previously held positions including Communications Specialist at Mosaik Deutschland eV in 2024, Managing Director at Migration Hub Heidelberg from January 2021 to March 2022, and Digital Organizer at Inside Out Youth Services in 2020. As a co-founder and organizer of Marin Queers in 2019, Se also contributed as Marketing Manager and Content Creator for TurnON.love earlier that year and gained experience in habitat restoration at Kure Atoll Conservancy in 2016. Educationally, Se holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Brandeis University (2016), completed a Propädeutisches Vorsemester at Heidelberg University (2021), and participated in a Tyler School of Art Sculpture Intensive at Temple University in 2014.
