Paul Umbrazunas

Paul Umbrazunas currently serves as Chair at Cure Cancer and Chair of the Board of Trustees for Intelligent Foundation, a donor-advised Public Ancillary Fund. Paul is also an Advisory Board Member for the RMIT Graduate School of Business & Law and a Non-Executive Director at Australian Foundation For Disability, where an appointment as Head of Audit, Assets and Risk Committee was made in February 2023. In addition, Paul holds the position of Executive Chairman for Goodstack, a company focused on integrating purpose into financial transactions through its platform and APIs. Previous roles include General Manager at ASX Refinitiv Charity Foundation, Managing Director at Deutsche Börse, Principal at a Private Investment Company, and Chief Operating Officer & Head of Business Development at Credit Suisse Australia. Educational qualifications include degrees in Law and Mathematics from UNSW, and completion of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the Australian Institute of Company Directors programs.
