Damion Tebbutt is the Head of Workforce Planning at Goodstart Early Learning, where they lead national workforce planning initiatives for over 16,000 employees across 670 centers. With more than 15 years of experience, Damion has a proven track record in designing data-driven workforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Previously, they served as a Workforce Management Senior Analyst at The Star Entertainment Group and held multiple roles at Virgin Australia, including Workforce Planning Specialist, where they significantly improved workforce planning systems and decision-making processes. Damion also holds an Advanced Diploma of Sport and Recreational Management and a Cert 4/5 in Fitness Leadership.
