Lynette Chiles

Lynette Chiles has worked in early learning services for nearly 30 years, beginning with Family Day Care, where they connected families and providers to enhance care for children. Lynette pursued professional development, earning an Associate Diploma of Social Sciences and a Bachelor Degree in Early Education from UNE. With experience as a centre director and various roles at Goodstart Early Learning, Lynette currently supports and mentors educators to improve learning outcomes for children and their families. Lynette has recently started studying a Graduate Certificate in Educational Research at Charles Sturt University.
