Renae Irwin

Renae Irwin is a dedicated professional in Early Childhood Education with extensive experience leading teams to deliver quality education. Currently serving as the National Lead Teacher Accreditation and Registration at Goodstart Early Learning, Renae has previously held roles including Practice Improvement Area Lead and Area Manager, where they managed and supported early learning centers. Renae completed a Bachelor of Teaching at the University of New England, alongside various certifications, including a Diploma of Social Science in Child Studies from TAFE NSW. Additionally, Renae's passion for respectful early childhood education is enhanced by training from the RIE Institute.
