Sara Evans

Sara Evans is a dedicated child protection advocate and early years professional with over two decades of experience in the education and care sector. Previously, they served as the National Lead for Safeguarding Children at Goodstart Early Learning, overseeing the implementation of child safety standards. Sara has held various roles, including Centre Director and Operations Support Manager, and has also contributed to operational excellence and child wellbeing initiatives. They hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) with Distinction from the University of Southern Queensland and are currently a postgraduate researcher focusing on protective behaviours. As a proud Universal Protective Behaviours Practitioner, Sara is motivated by the belief that every child has the right to feel safe and be safe.
