Thomas Chen has extensive experience in coaching and leadership, serving as a member of the ICF Ethics Independent Review Board and holding multiple coaching qualifications including MCC and PCC. Chen's earlier career includes significant positions such as Chief Operating Officer at RHB Bank and Regional Director for AIG in Asia. Educational credentials include an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Mathematics from the University of San Francisco, along with numerous certifications in coaching, personality assessments, and martial arts.
