Rachel Haron has a work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Rachel started their career as a Receptionist at Coram in 2013. Following that, they worked briefly as a Temporary Receptionist/HR Assistant at Airbus in 2017. In 2014, they had a short-term role in the Men's Footwear Buying Department at River Island. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Manning Gottlieb OMD, starting as an Investment Assistant and then progressing to become an Investment Executive and later a Senior Investment Executive. Most recently, they joined Goodstuff in 2022, first as a Publishing Manager and currently as a Publishing Director.

Rachel Haron attended Francis Holland School, SW1 from 2008 to 2015. Rachel then went on to study Management and Business at the University of Reading from 2015 to 2018.
