Sara Donovan

Sara Donovan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sara is currently working at Goodstuff as the Chief People Officer, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the People Engagement (HR) Director at Goodstuff from October 2021 to March 2023, and as the Head of People Engagement from July 2017 to October 2021.

Before joining Goodstuff, Sara worked at Karmarama as an HR Manager from November 2015 to July 2017. Prior to that, they were a Talent Programme Manager & BBDO U Programme Manager at AMV BBDO from February 2015 to October 2015. Sara also served as a PA to the Managing Director & Head of Talent at AMV BBDO from January 2012 to February 2015.
