Benjamin Jones has worked in the digital marketing industry since 2010. Benjamin began their career as a Development Intern at The American Film Company in 2010. In 2012, they moved to PCG Digital Marketing as a Digital Project Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the execution of each unique strategy created, managing client accounts, and educating customers through customer service and boutique styled SEO approach. In 2014, they joined Single Throw as an SEO Account Manager, where they managed clients' search engine optimization campaigns, researched industry trends and keywords via Google Adwords, and optimized client websites. In 2015, they worked at Gannett - USA TODAY NETWORK as a Digital Strategist. In 2016, they moved to Digital Trends as a Sr. Social Advertising Manager. Finally, in 2019, they joined GoodUnited as the Director of Growth.

Benjamin Jones attended Hofstra University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies.
