Jen Parisi

Jen Parisi is a seasoned operations and sales professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Sr Operations & Demand Generation Manager at GoodWe since April 2023, Jen focuses on coordinating sales forecasts and managing factory orders. Prior to this role, Jen founded Aviden Energy in October 2022, offering consulting services in organizational leadership and sales operations. Jen held the position of Sr Director of Implementation at Youpower, driving revenue through a cross-functional approach, and led sales teams in various companies such as Krannich Solar USA and Sungevity, achieving significant sales milestones and implementing effective sales processes. Jen also has a background in freelance writing and illustration, alongside a BBA in Business Administration from Ashford University.
