Goodwill de Puerto Rico is a local non-profit organization dedicated to empowering people to change their lives through meaningful employment, education and health opportunities.
In Puerto Rico, thousands of adults face significant challenges to achieving independence, such as disabilities, criminal records, and limited education, which often result in poverty and distress. Goodwill's evidence-based programs address these barriers, providing the resources necessary for individuals to increase their independence and reach their full potential.
The effort to implement Goodwill's services in Puerto Rico is led by the team at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, an entity with more than 90 years of experience in providing essential services in areas such as employment, job training, education, and maternal and child health care. This experience ensures the development and success of Goodwill's operations on the island.
