Big-picture and detailed strategic thinking, finding innovative ways to address complex issues

Goodwin Group is a collective of thoughtful, highly organized, holistic thinkers who manage both enterprise-wide programs and minutia. We optimize and de-stress projects by collaborating with clients to help create efficient and effective systems to manage compliance requirements, complex initiatives, creative design, communication, and/or professional education.

We are roll-up-your-sleeves, empathetic, super organizers who keep an eye on the big picture while making sure the little details go smoothly. We love learning about an organization and figuring out how to help make things easier for the team. We replace chaos and angst with comfort, partnership, and clarity so that you can shine.
