The business is ran by director Simon Burton who has vast experience in property sales and finance. We entered back into the Lettings industry, employing a designated Lettings Manager, Rebecca Collins, with unrivaled local and industry knowledge in Stamford and the surrounding areas.

We are members of The Guild of Property Professionals – The Guild is a National network of almost 800 ‘best in class’ independent estate agents designed to become identifiably significantly better than the rest.  In addition we are members of Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) with qualified staff having undergone rigorous training and examinations to gain membership status of these very well thought of industry bodies.
