Michael Franklin

Michael Franklin currently serves as a Recruiting Partner at Goodwin Recruiting, specializing in contingent and retained recruiting across the United States. Previously, Michael held the position of Production Manager at Pepsi MidAmerica, where operations of the bottling and shipping department were overseen, resulting in improved efficiencies and processes. As Vice President at Starcorp LLC, management of 103 Hardee’s locations across nine states was conducted, supervising multiple departments to ensure brand standards were upheld. Michael began his career as Regional Vice President at Frontier Star, managing operations for 13 Hardee’s restaurants with a focus on sales, profits, and staff development. Michael earned a degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from April 1985 to March 1988.
