Troy Bartee is an experienced professional in the hospitality and recruiting industries, currently serving as the Regional Director of Recruiting at Goodwin Recruiting since January 2014. Under the leadership of Eric Goodwin, Goodwin Recruiting has seen consistent growth, transitioning from a focus on hospitality to a range of industries while maintaining a commitment to personalized service. Prior to this role, Troy held key positions including General Manager and Shareholder at BJ's Restaurants, Inc., as well as Managing Partner at both Maggiano's Little Italy and Brinker International.
