Melanie Wright is an experienced professional with a robust background in aviation and customer service. Currently serving as the Flying School Operations Manager at The Goodwood Group since November 2014, Melanie oversees the operational activities of a busy flying school, managing front desk staff, coordinating the schedules of over 20 flying instructors, handling invoicing, and liaising with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Prior to this role, Melanie worked as Senior Cabin Crew at Monarch Airlines from January 1999 to November 2014, and held the position of Branch Manager at Norwich & Peterborough Building Society from January 1995 to January 1999.
