Tom Zampini is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a strong background in technology and product development. As the Founder and CEO of GoodWork since September 2022, Zampini focuses on transforming customer relationship management systems into growth engines through enhanced data and insights. Prior to this, Zampini served as Chief Product Officer at Convene from May 2018 to January 2022, where leadership in product and engineering followed the acquisition of Beco, driving the development of the ConveneOS work/hospitality platform. Zampini is also the Founder and former CEO of Beco.io, a workplace analytics platform acquired for its innovative approach to team collaboration and data analysis. Earlier in their career, Zampini founded and led i2Systems, a pioneering company in intelligent LED lighting with numerous prominent projects across the United States. Educational achievements include a degree from Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science.
