Ailing Chee

Ailing Chee currently serves as the Procurement Operations Lead for the Australia and New Zealand region at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, a role began in July 2022 that involves managing supplier performance and strategic cost management in indirect procurement. Prior to this position, Ailing held the title of National Procurement Manager at Mérieux NutriSciences - Australia, where successful projects included expanding the supply chain and implementing sustainable sourcing practices. Ailing's extensive experience spans various engineering and procurement roles in notable companies such as Planet Innovation, ASSA ABLOY, Mondelēz International, and Agilent Technologies, with a consistent focus on cost reduction, process improvement, and supplier relationship management. Ailing holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical-Industrial Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
