Anna Ciszek

Anna Ciszek has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as the Head of HR Business Transformation at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since April 2013. In this role, Anna leads change management initiatives for the EMEA Consumer business and coordinates training in change management and leadership. Previous positions at Goodyear included HR Manager at the Lux Tire Plant and HR&Safety Leader at the Mercury Plant, focusing on lean manufacturing and safety culture. Earlier career highlights include translation and localization work at Argos Multilingual and interpreting services for machinery relocation. Anna holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Jagiellonian University and a high school diploma in IT & Mathematics.
