Barbara Ring

Barbara Ring is currently the Director of Human Resources, Global Communications, Legal, and HR at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, they served in various HR capacities within the same company, including Global HR Manager for Information Technology and Corporate HR Business Partner for Finance & IT. Barbara began their career in HR as a specialist at the Akron Innovation Center and gained early experience as an HR college recruiting intern at FirstEnergy Corp. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from The University of Akron in 2008.
