Carmella Eagan

Carmella Eagan is a highly skilled scientist with extensive experience in both academic and industrial settings. Currently serving as a Staff Scientist at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since March 2021, Carmella previously held positions as an Associate Scientist and as a long-term substitute teacher for Chemistry and Physics at Hathaway Brown School. Prior experience includes roles as a Laser Processing Scientist at Corning Incorporated and PRO Unlimited, as well as a Lecturer in Chemistry at SUNY Cortland and Ithaca College. Carmella's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Cornell University and a B.S. in Chemistry & Mathematics from the University of Scranton.
