Chad Smith

Chad Smith is an experienced operations and technical manager with a robust background in chemical engineering. Currently serving as Operations Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since September 2025, Chad previously held various key roles at TPC Group, including Technical Manager and Production Manager, from October 2018 to September 2025. Before that, Chad was the Process Engineering Supervisor and Site Responsible Engineer at AkzoNobel, where responsibilities included leading the Process Engineering Group and overseeing Process Safety Management at a major production site. Chad's career also includes significant roles at Ecoservices, Accsys Technologies, Georgia-Pacific LLC, and Green Bay Packaging, with a consistent focus on process improvement and operational excellence. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
