Dylan Beach is a seasoned sustainability professional with extensive experience in leading sustainability strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Sustainability Strategist at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Dylan is responsible for circularity strategy, nature and biodiversity initiatives, climate impact assessments, and ESG maturity. Prior to this role, Dylan was the Sustainability Senior Manager at GOJO Industries, where responsibilities included enterprise sustainability strategy development and external engagement with sustainability committees. Previous roles also include positions at Avery Dennison and various internships and fellowships in sustainability and conservation. Dylan holds an MBA in Sustainable Value from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Environment and Sustainability from the University of Saskatchewan.
