Eric Reckenbeil has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as a Director at Goodyear since January 2006, where previous roles included Modernization Manager and Operations Manager. Prior to Goodyear, Eric worked at Danaher from 1998 to 2005 as Plant Manager/VP Operations and Engineering Manager. Earlier in Eric's career, positions held at Modern Drop Forge from 1990 to 1998 included Maintenance Supervisor, Engineer, and Management Trainee. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
