Erin Spring

Erin Spring currently serves as the Senior Director of Material Science at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where leadership involves overseeing a team of engineers, scientists, and technologists focused on product innovation and sustainability. Previously, Erin held the title of Senior Director of New Ventures, spearheading initiatives in connected solutions for new mobility and founding initiatives such as AndGo by Goodyear and Goodyear Ventures. Additional roles within Goodyear include Director of New Ventures, Manager of Customer Centered Innovation, Project Leader for Innovation Creation Process, Chief Engineer of Applied Physical Metrology, and Development Engineer in Global Materials Science. Erin is also involved in various leadership capacities outside of Goodyear, including Co-Chair of the Polymer Industry Cluster Executive Board, Board Member at the Greater Akron Chamber, and Advisor to OhioX. Erin's academic credentials include a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Management from The University of Akron.
