Gavin Ford

Gavin Ford has extensive experience in sales operations and financial management, currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since December 2015, where responsibilities include driving sales performance, order management, and preparing key management reports. Prior roles at Goodyear included Pricing Manager, focusing on pricing analysis and budget reporting, and Sales & Operations Manager, which involved project reporting and presentation preparation. Before joining Goodyear, Gavin worked as a Financial Analyst at TrenTyre, managing daily cash flow and preparing short-term cash forecasts. Gavin started a career in finance as a Trainee Accountant at PwC, completing a training contract in the Financial Services – Banking division.
