Jack Li

Jack Li has a diverse background in talent development and training management, beginning with experience as an International Sales Representative at Hitachi and furthering expertise at various companies. At Ricoh Business Solutions, Jack served as Corporate University Manager, successfully establishing the Ricoh China University Project. Subsequent roles included Regional Competence Development Manager at Jotun, where solutions were designed for business improvement, and Talent Development Head at Mattel, Inc., focusing on leadership frameworks and talent management initiatives. Currently, Jack holds the position of Regional Sales Training Development Manager at 固特异, contributing to training development strategies.
