JP Garchar is a Category Lead for Mixing & Component Prep Equipment at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, based in Akron, Ohio. A recent graduate of the University of Akron, JP earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, graduating Cum Laude with a minor in Supply Chain Management and a certificate in Esports Business. Prior to this, JP graduated from Firestone Community Learning Center in 2019 with an honors diploma and an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
