Jen Bast

Jen Bast has extensive experience in learning and development, notably serving as Learning Leader at GE Money from October 2004 to March 2008, where strategic learning initiatives for multiple divisions were executed. At The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Jen held various roles from March 2015 to April 2025, culminating as Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development, focusing on client relationships and learning strategies for the North America Consumer business. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Learning and Development Specialist at FirstEnergy, where leadership development programs were designed and managed, and as Client Relationship Manager at GE Consumer Finance, responsible for learning solutions across a significant workforce. Jen holds a BA in Business and Organizational Communications from the University of Akron and is pursuing a Management Certificate at Kent State University at Stark.
