Jill Beech

Jill Beech possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR for Global Finance at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since August 2017, where responsibilities include partnering with the Finance senior leadership team to achieve global business objectives. Prior to this role, Jill was an HR Business Partner and Organizational Development Lead at Eaton Corporation, offering dual HR support and specialized organizational development resources from October 2011 to August 2017. Jill’s earlier career includes positions as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Swagelok and various roles at Barnes Distribution, focusing on performance management and employee relations, in addition to HR generalist support. Jill began professional HR work at Air Technical Industries, managing public relations and administration while providing comprehensive HR support. Academically, Jill holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Baldwin Wallace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Human Resource Management from Ursuline College.
