Jim Lane

Jim Lane, MS, PE, CSE, currently serves as the Manager of Global EHS Operations & Assurance at Goodyear, where responsibilities include developing team strategy and governance to advance the organization's long-term Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance IT strategy. Prior to this role, Jim Lane was the Corporate OSH Program Manager at Chrysler, where alignment of safety and health initiatives across U.S. auto manufacturing plants was a key focus. Jim Lane also held the position of Safety and Industrial Hygiene Leader at Phelps Dodge, overseeing safety and health operations in a high-volume production facility. Jim Lane holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Hygiene & Occupational Safety from West Virginia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Fairmont State University.
