John Ries

John Ries is an accomplished professional in manufacturing strategy, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Strategy EMEA, where they oversee capital investment projects and drive productivity and sustainability initiatives. They previously held key roles at Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany, including Technical Director and Manufacturing Director at various plants, managing teams of up to 1,700 employees. John’s extensive experience also includes positions in industrial engineering and continuous improvement at multiple Goodyear facilities. They earned a Diplom-Chemiker degree in Chemistry from Universität des Saarlandes.
